Mandatory venue for any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be made in Shelby County, Tennessee, USA and Tennessee State Law will govern without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any additional rules or conditions referred to herein and BottleTree Books LLC's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and BottleTree Books LLC as to your use of the BottleTreeBooks.com Web site, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and/or proposals. These Terms and Conditions are severable, and if any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
